ShinKali Academy has a wide variety of training methods aimed at developing well-rounded practitioners. Ultimately, combative effectiveness is obtained through a combination of simplicity and directness with the subtlety of deceptiveness and, as in all martial arts, the appropriate mental attitude. In pursuit of elusive expertise, enough of which always remains beyond our grasp, its practitioners are always discovering something new, and finding its technical variety an endless source of fascination and enjoyment.
Our goal is to promote the art of SHINKALI and keep its spirit alive.

真狩アカデミーについて：真狩アカデミー には経験豊かなプラクティショナーに
よって開発されたバラエティー豊富なトレーニングメソッドがあります。カリ、
エスクリマ、アニス、タパド、そして柔術でのトレーニングをします。
- カリ：武器を使用。ここでは刃物を使った攻撃からの身の守り方を学びます。
- エスクリマ：フェンシングに使われるスペイン語の用語。ここでは攻撃者との距離を保つための身のこなし方を学べます。
- アニス：スティック（ボー）を使用。スティックの使い方を正しく学ぶことによって、どのような物を使っても身を守ることができるようになります。
- タパド：長いスティック（ジョー）を使用。あなたのフォームを改善しバランス力を強めます。
- 柔術：テコの原理を利用して相手の攻撃力をそぎ、ロックしてテイクダウンをとります。
真狩アカデミーは、武器を持たずに格闘の戦略を行うという主義であるため、敵の様々
な動きを素早く応用します。後ろから襲いかかってくる相手の機動力や威力（勢い）を
利用して相手を征服するか、最低でも相手の攻撃の効力を削ぐためには特殊な動き方が
必要になります。
