(Terms and Conditions)
If accepted, their are 3 Fees that you are responsible for:
1. ShinKali Annual License
2. Workshop/Seminar Fee (Program A,B,C,D)
3. Testing Fee
We will start you on a 1 year training program (A, B, C, D). The Training Program / Workshop Fees are separate from the Testing Fees and yearly Licensing Fee. When you first begin each Representative grows in stages, first category being recognized as an Official Group, then a Official Club and then finally an Official ShinKali School providing Kali in your area.
License Fee:
Our ShinKali Annual Licensing Fee is affordable to all our groups. We understand each area is different Economically, so we have design our licensing fees to be affordable and fair to all the ShinKali members. ShinKali Annual Licensing fee is based on the TOTAL FEE of 1 Student`s Tuition Fee for 1 Year.
( Example: A Student`s 1 Month Tuition Fee ¥__________ X (multiplied by) 12 Months = ____________ShinKali Annual Licensing Fee. (Paid on registration)
The ShinKali Annual Fee only increase as your student base grows. (click here to understand more about ShinKali Licensing fee)
Each year you have the option to cancel your license. When CANCELING you must notify ShinKali 3 months prior CANCELATION in order for us to find a replacement in that area. ShinKali reserves the right to revoke any membership at anytime if the Terms and Conditions are not met.
1 Year Training Program: (A, B, C, D)
Testing Fee for Ranks / Promotions:
- Level 1 to 3: ¥10,000
- Level 4 to 5: ¥15,000
- Full Instructor Level License (Valid for 3yrs): ¥20,000

TERMS
- ShinKali Annual Licensing Fee: for 1 year _ _ _ Payment when Registered (non-refundable)
- 1 year Training Program: Option (A, B, C, D)
- Organizing a W/S according to Training Program (A, B, C, D)
- Attend at least 1 or more ShinKali Headquarter Events
- Representation is ONLY Exclusive to 1 specific Area, Person or Gym. NO Teaching or Representation outside your area unless written consent from ShinKali Headquarters.
- Only Official ShinKali Uniform or Clothing (Polos, Pants, Shorts, TShirts or Dogi/Obi) may be sold at each group/club/school. ( NO REPRODUCTION of Official Uniforms, Logos or Symbols are allowed )
- Official ShinKali curriculum MUST be taught exactly the same as ShinKali Headquarters.
